Today feels good

Today is day Three, Phase Two and I have lost a total of 6 pounds already! It feels incredable.  Aside from me fighting a bit of a cold yesterday, I have had more energy than I know what to do with.  No headaches, no cold chills, just alot of stamina.

There are a couple things I haven’t been following “religiously” on the HCG diet, such as I have added a coffee a day with Soy Milk that has Cane Juice in it, (not supposed to have sugar) and also I have eating several salads, (not supposed to mix your vegetables)

I have been looking at alot of healthy recipies and found this link, keep in mind it isn’t perfect for HCG stage 2 but it is awesome for a healthy lifestyle! http://drbenkim.com/taxonomy/term/37%2012%2015%2010%2013%2011%2014

Hows everybody else doing?! I hope good!

If you started running the moment you first thought about it, you’d be back by now.

Do the work. Do the analysis. But feel your run. Feel your race. Feel the joy that is running.

Becoming Balanced or Complete

Starting this HCG journey, I really want to keep up my exercise as much as possible.

I find that in the summer time we do alot of physical activity, I think it is due to warm weather were you can actually get out of the house and two, because of all the gorgeous scenery around here that is not really “seen” during the winter months.  All the hills make you just want to climb them!

And yet! In the winter months, man I have been slacking! So after getting fed up with not having that “exercise” high, and feeling very lethargic, I have been doing alot of dance lessons.  Also I was never that girl who had exercise equipement sitting around in my house growing up and I actually laughed at the thought of people who did have that.

But after moving up north and seeing the benefit of having exercise gear in the house to use, we bought a Bike and I have been trying to do at least 1 km a day.  Which sounds RIDICULOUS! I know, but at least I started somewhere.

I find my biggest issue is my breathing.  As long as I am breathing fine, I could bike all day.  So my goal is endurance and learning how to breath while biking.  Also, after I loose some weight (here’s my fingers crossed) with HCG, I want to take on running.  I sprint, but want to run longer, and I think after shedding some weight it will be easier on my knees and ankles to go further.

So if you are thinking about getting some exercise equipment, or have some already, lets keep each other going! You can do it! You can feel great and look great doing it too!
